Cold brew coffee is a method of coffee preparation in which ground coffee is extracted over several hours in cold water – as the name suggests, the coffee is ‘brewed’ with cold water. Since cold water extracts less from the coffee grounds, we need to let it extract in the refrigerator for a good 8-12 hours until it becomes a fine coffee beverage.

With Cold Brew coffee, we can extract a lot of flavor through the cold ‘brewing’ process, entirely without unpleasant bitter compounds and acids – of course, the result strongly depends on the coffee used!
